Do the notecards have printing on the inside?

We like to keep our cards simple so you can add your own personal message inside...unless noted next to a particular card, the cards you see on the website do not have messages included on the inside.

How will my order arrive?

Individual cards are packaged in cellophane envelopes...Sets of 5 cards (including variety packs) are packaged together in a cellophane envelope and finished off with a complementary organza ribbon...Gift sets include 7 cards and 8 envelopes packaged elegantly together in a professional clear box accented by a bow of organza ribbon and coordinating pen...Great effort is taken in packing the shipments so that the products arrive to you in perfect condition.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation (for all orders over $20)...We make every effort to ship your order quickly, however orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship...During sales and holidays, shipping can take a bit longer than usual do to the increased volume of orders...Shipping time for custom orders will vary and will be discussed with the customer before the formal order is placed.

Some of our products are unique and their quantities may be limited...We'll notify you if an item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you'll be given an opportunity to cancel your order.

Any order over 100 pieces may take longer than the normal time to ship...If you're interested in placing a large order, feel free to contact us first to inquire about timing...For any large orders placed online we will contact you to let you know the approximate ship time and you can make a decision about your order based on that information.

Because we always appreciate web companies that keep shipping costs low, we've done the same at Pomegranate Papers...And as the postal service continues to increase rates, we'll do everything we can to keep the costs as low as possible...Shipping and handling costs for orders within the continental U.S. are as follows:

Under $20:      $2.95 (first-class mail)
$20 - $99:        $5.75 (priority mail)
$100 - $179:     $7.00 (priority mail)
$180 or more:  $9.25 (priority mail)

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received...In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped...This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package (for all orders over $20).

International orders

Unfortunately we cannot currently accept orders shipping outside the continental U.S.

Sales Tax

Unfortunately sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Massachusetts...The rate of sales tax for Massachusetts residents is 5.00%...Massachusetts state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise...Shipping charges will not be taxed.

Return Policy

We Want You To Be Happy!  Your satisfaction is extremely important to us...We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from Pomegranate Papers...We will accept returns for 30 days from delivery date...The item must be in its original packaging and have the packing slip included for credit...Sale items, Specials, and Custom orders are not returnable; these are final sale items.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns except when defective or the incorrect products are sent...Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and will be processed through the PayPal system...Assuming the products are returned in their original condition, we will be happy to grant you a full refund minus all shipping costs...We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse.

You will also receive a refund for the return shipping cost and no charge will be applied for shipping the new product to you...Please contact us first and we will suggest the best method for shipping the products to our warehouse.
